- I can not find my friend or family member.
No problem, Please submit your request below. In order for us to better serve you, please provide the first and last
name of the individual you are having difficulty locating. If you know the year the individual was born and/or where they
were born, that information would be helpful as well.
- A close family member has passed away who has his/her obituary, last wishes, and epitaph posted
at obitNow.com. When I searched for the obituary
and viewed the obituary, I was asked to login. How can I view the last wishes?
Your loved one designated their last wishes as private to ensure only appropriate individuals would be able to access this information. If
your loved one has passed away and you believe you should have access to this information but were not told the user id and password of the account
by your loved one, please submit your request below.
- I mailed my photo to obitNow.com over
a week ago. I went to view my photo but it is has not been posted yet?
Photos typically take 7 days from the time you mail them until we are able to post them to the site. If you have waited longer
than 7 days and still have not yet been able to view your photo, please send us you name, email, and concern below.
